Electronic scooters are not to be used on footpaths, cycle lanes, or road in the UK. It is the complete responsibility of the customer to ensure that you operate your Electric scooters within all country and local laws. The customer assumes all liability and risk association with the use of any EZOOMtech products and holds EZOOMtech and all its owners free from any liability caused by their use.
All EZOOMTech products come with A 30 day guarantee which can be retained through contacting our customer service at email@example.com. In order for the refund to be accepted the product must be sent back in its original box, with its original equipment provided and must be in resaleable condition. If these are not met then the 30 day guarantee will be void. EZOOMtech products also come with 1 year warranty. Warranty will be void if the product has been tampered with, purposely damaged or broken. EZOOMtech can not be liable for any human damaged caused. All dispatch and delivery times are estimated and are subject to any delays that may accure. EZOOMtech are not liable for any parcels left in designated ‘safe locations’ which have been previously agreed to by the customer. EZOOMtech are also not liable for any late deliveries.
